1Brown bacon (diced) .bacon (diced): 4 strips

2Add butter , onion (chopped) , garlic (minced) , thyme , potato (diced) .butter: 2 tbsp, onion (chopped): 1 large, garlic (minced): 6 cloves, thyme: 2 tbsp fresh, potato (diced): 8 large

3Cook for 10 min., stirring constantly.

4Add flour .flour: 4 tbsp

5Cook 2 to 3 min.

6Add chicken stock , milk , cream , wine , Tabasco , salt and pepper .chicken stock: 4 c, milk: 4 c, cream: 2 c, wine: 1/2 c, Tabasco, salt and pepper

8Toss fish with lemon juice and parsley (chopped) .fish: 2-4 pounds, lemon juice: 1, parsley (chopped): 4 tbsp
