    Brown bacon (diced) .
    bacon (diced): 4 strips

    Add butter , onion (chopped) , garlic (minced) , thyme , potato (diced) .
    butter: 2 tbsp, onion (chopped): 1 large, garlic (minced): 6 cloves, thyme: 2 tbsp fresh, potato (diced): 8 large

    Cook for 10 min., stirring constantly.

    Add flour .
    flour: 4 tbsp

    Cook 2 to 3 min.

    Add chicken stock , milk , cream , wine , Tabasco , salt and pepper .

    Cook 25-30 min.

    Toss fish with lemon juice and parsley (chopped) .
    fish: 2-4 pounds, lemon juice: 1, parsley (chopped): 4 tbsp

    Add fish to stew.
